I am the founder of Open Road Advisory where I link my passion for coaching with my expertise as CFO to help business owners grow. Previously, I co-founded GrowthLab Financial Services, where I transformed a humble small business into a leading cloud accounting firm with over 45 amazing team members.

I am passionate about creating order out of chaos, fostering strategically-focused teams, and helping owners mentally thrive. As a lifelong learner, I am always eager to engage with peers, share insights, and collaborate.
